Who We Are and Why We Started
Our Story
LadyTitanUnlimited started simply as a way to help myself and loved one's doing the things we enjoy while making a profit to fund some Holistic ideas and make a difference in the cannabis industry/ community.
But on November 16, 2019 as an act of God, on my way to an art event I was verbally attacked while walking down Park Ave NYC with mind blowing racial slurs by a white man. Which was definitely a crazy experience, however instead of reacting as he would've liked I simply said I have a beautiful African art show to go, walked away, composed myself and went on.
When I arrived at the event I was very motivated to find a beautiful artist to get to work with me and my team at our upcoming pop up shop launch party. Which not only promoted my team BUT other small Black and Latino owned businesses and artists!
On Nov 16, 2019 LadyTitanUnlimited became less about me and more about other Black/Latina women that have had to encounter verbal abuse and worse because of the beauty in our skin.
After walking into the art event and seeing so many amazing paintings that embraced the beauty of woman, I was drawn into the art even more. It was then I decided to start a AfroLatin business to pay homage to my immigrant parents, my ancestors and my community overall not just the cannabis community.
